### Key Responsibilities:

• **Data Management:** Maintain and update databases and internal systems with accurate information, ensuring data integrity and security.

• **Reporting and Analysis:** Create and assist in developing regular reports to track performance metrics and operational efficiency, highlighting areas for improvement.

• **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments such as Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational strategies.

• **Customer Engagement:** Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient practices within the operation.

• **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance operational knowledge and skills.

### Requirements:? *Education:**
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor?s degree preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
