Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Provide product and service information to customers

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents

Document customer interactions and update records in our database

Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in customer service or chat support

Excellent communication, typing, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
