Key Responsibilities
? Execute and finalize enrichment tasks as specified by the client.
? Manage credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications.
? Communicate with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications.
? Ensure precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines.
? Cross-verify information supplied by third parties using online databases.
? Provide assistance with additional tasks as required.

Required Skills
? Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
? Proficiency in English, with superb written and verbal communication abilities.
? Capability to operate independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed).

Qualifications
? A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role is advantageous.
? Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
