Pharmacy Technician - In-Pharmacy Training to Semi-Remote Role

Description

We are excited to offer long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities for Pharmacy Technicians in a closed-door pharmacy and semi-remote settings. This position begins with essential in-pharmacy training before transitioning to the remote pharmacy technician role. Training hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Once training is complete, remote hours will be Monday to Friday from... either 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, with holidays and weekends off.

Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns over the phone
? Accurately enter and manage patient orders in the pharmacy management system
? Ensure all activities adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
? Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible care for patients
? Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team
? Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications
? Must reside in Arizona due to on-site training requirements
? Recent pharmacy technician experience is required

Education Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent

Education Requirements Credential Category
? Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Experience Requirements
? Experience in a pharmacy technician role is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills
