Responsibilities: ? Significant cold calling and phone time ? The Acquisitions Manager is solely responsible for all acquisitions operations ? Work as a critical part of a small team ? Train and practice to build your skills as an expert negotiator ? Investigate and Overcome bureaucratic hurdles to titling and ownership transfer for personal property assets ? Work with clients to understand and serve their goals ? Research and help to clear manufactured home title issues ? Utilize a CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor progress ? Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and find best solutions ? Research market and local Government requirements, prepare contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale ? Ensure a smooth and simple transaction for each seller ? Perform analysis on each home value using market data ? All training will be provided

Qualifications: ? Strong problem solving ability required ? Strong general computer literacy strictly required and tested ? Must be very driven and goal-oriented ? Must be able to face rejections over and over but keep moving ? Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required ? Ability to approach confrontations and navigate them tactfully
