What you'll be doing...
Your goal is to help drive VCG more efficiently through design and development of AI solutions, understanding the business aspects while relaying requirements to the technical / development teams.
? Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where AI can drive efficiency and create value.
? Designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions tailored to specific business needs ? Force-to-Load and Transaction Simulation - using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
? Developing and applying simulation models to test various scenarios and use cases that directly impact our operations and our customers.
? Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, defining product requirements, priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions.

You?ll need to have:
? Bachelor?s degree or four or more years of work experience.
? Six or more years of relevant work experience.
? Proven expertise in statistics, simulation, and modeling with practical applications.
? Product management experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
? Master?s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research or Engineering Management.
? Consulting experience.
? Agile development experience.
? Knowledge of VCG?s Retail environment.
? Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
