About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels.

What You?ll Do:
? Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction
? Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
? Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
? Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
? Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers? problems and concerns.

You must have:
? 1+ years of experience selling subscription-based services.
? Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Experience in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation (Desirable).
? Advanced English level.
