Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH

Are you passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills? We're on the lookout for empathetic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a range of product and software inquiries. This includes support with downloading, logging in... basic navigation, document importation, printing, filing, and answering fundamental tax-related questions.
