Key Responsibilities
? Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of multiple teams comprising five to ten enterprise sales representatives.
? Drive the execution of territory plans and account strategies to achieve significant growth in your designated region.
? Cultivate robust relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand their engagement with our open source solutions.
? Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and customer awareness.
? Ensure sales representatives maintain precise pipeline data and forecasts, utilizing standard professional tools for reporting and monitoring.
