Duties

? Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
? Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
? Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized... systems.

Experience
? Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
? Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
? Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
? Experience in outbound calling is advantageous for proactive customer engagement.
