What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read and interpret customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats
? Accurately input data into Microsoft Excel fields and other computer systems
? Verify the accuracy of data before entry and ensure consistency throughout the system
? Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
? Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for part of the workday

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
? Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
? Patience for repetitive work and attention to detail
? Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
? 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
? Strong social perceptiveness and service orientation
