GoodStarters conducts artfully scripted phone calls to connect and engage with patients, offering them emotional support, resources, and encouragement. Preferred Talents and Abilities: ? 2 to 3 years of customer service experience with exceptional phone skills. ? Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ? Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. ? Proficient decision-making skills. ? Intermediate technical skills, including experience with cloud-based software. ? High school or equivalent (preferred). ? Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! ?
