What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment and take patient orders
? Verify patient information and ensure timely order placement
? Accurately transcribe patient profiles and perform data entry
? Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed
? Obtain necessary medical documentation and troubleshoot patient-related problems

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
? Strong customer service background
? Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
? Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Knowledge of medical terminology
? Experience using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
? Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
