What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Supervise coordinators to manage production with internal teams
? Oversee production workflow and procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards
? Communicate consistently across all teams, identifying and escalating risks to the leadership team
? Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards
? Build and maintain process documentation, ensuring quality controls are in place

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
? At least 3 years of experience in marketing production, direct mail, or project management
? Proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively
? Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using technology for efficiency
