What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? Exceptional phone and listening skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to privacy regulations
? Experience in a customer service role is preferred
