Role Overview: As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a critical role in... connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans. You?ll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they?re entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities: ? Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans ? Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage ? Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process ? Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes ? Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients ? Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information

Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Call experience is plus but not required ? Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms ? Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively ? Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus ? Highschool Diploma or GED - Required ? A license to sell insurance is a plus. BUT willing to train the right candidate
