What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to appropriate staff
? Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
? Assist with new client enrollments, changes, and deletions
? Support on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
? Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit cards

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
? Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
? Exceptional phone and listening skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
