What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues

? Strong typing skills (20+ words per minute)
? Familiarity with Windows operating systems
? Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
