You are a recruiting superstar with a passion for connecting extraordinary talent with exceptional opportunities. Your critical thinking skills and ability to ask the hard questions allow you to identify the perfect fit for our team. You're not afraid to push boundaries and challenge the status quo, always striving to find the right person who will contribute to our vibrant work culture.

Skills and Qualifications: ? 1-5 years of corporate recruiting or 3rd party staffing agency experience, with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. ? If you have sales experience and the ability to influence, that is a major plus. ? A passion for the art of recruiting and a commitment to finding the right individuals who align with our values and goals. ? Proven ability to proactively source candidates through various channels and conduct effective interviews. ? Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess candidates and make informed hiring decisions. ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and candidates. ? Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, such as ReSkillify, Slack, Calendly, Aloware, Audaci4, Hoot Hire, Crelate, LinkedIn, Seamless, and Google Drive. ? Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT, Bard, Pi, Claude, Playground, and GodMode, with prompt engineering experience preferred. ? Proactive sourcing skills and the willingness to attend events and travel to connect with potential candidates. ? Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on tracking progress and achieving recruitment goals. ? Commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
