Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
? Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service workflows.
? Identify trends and provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and suggestions for improvements.
? Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
? Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
? Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
? Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

PAY RATE : $21.90 - $37.22 Hourly
