What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide training and education to customers on the operation of instruments
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clinical support
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products
• Collaborate on installations and demonstrations to support the sales team
• Travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays, and lift or maneuver 40 lbs

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 3+ years' experience in hospital or research with medical device capital equipment
• B.S. or A.S. degree, preferred in Medical Technology or Respiratory Therapy
• Ability to travel and lift heavy objects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in respiratory, blood gas analysis, monitors, Immunoassay, hospital data management systems, or mentor/educator

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience as a medical device sales representative or service engineer
• Knowledge of Microsoft CRM
• Background in a highly regulated environment
