Requirements:

?0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

?High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

?Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

?Proficiency in computer software and technology

?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

?Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications:
