We are seeking a part time VIRTUAL/BILINGUAL Medical Scribe to join GASTROENTEROLOGY PRACTICE. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time, ensuring that all medical records are complete and up-to-date. Duties
? Accurately transcribe physician-patient interactions during examinations and procedures.
? Document medical histories, physical exams, and treatment plans in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
? Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to ensure precise documentation.
? Assist in the organization of medical documentation, including lab results, imaging studies, and referrals.
? Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies or missing information in patient records.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications
? Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
? Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
? Proficiency in typing and transcribing information accurately and efficiently.
? At least 3 years of ECLINICAL WORKS (EMR) system is a must.
? Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
? Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
? Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.
