Job Overview:
As a Remote Solar Appointment Setter, you?ll be responsible for contacting warm leads and setting appointments for our sales team. You'll be a key player in helping homeowners take advantage of solar energy savings. This is a commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential based on your ability to generate appointments and close deals.

Key Responsibilities: ? Set a minimum of 3 appointments per day (expected daily goal) ? Maintain a 25% sit rate on Phase 1 appointments and 40% close rate on Phase 2 appointments ? Follow a proven 3-step process to ensure high-quality leads and build trust with prospects ? Engage with warm data, helping potential customers explore their solar options and schedule appointments ? Meet minimum KPIs (key performance indicators) to qualify for performance bonuses and growth opportunities ? Work remotely with a motivated team, receiving constant feedback and support to improve your performance and earnings

Compensation & Benefits:
? $5,400 average commission per close
? $16,000+ monthly commission after hitting minimum criteria of 3 installs per month (assuming a 50% cancel rate)
? $32,000+ per month with 6 installs a month, assuming worst-case cancel rates
? Potential for up to $75,000 monthly in commissions once reaching 8-10 appointments per day and securing higher retention
? Career progression into calling hot leads with higher conversion rates (6-8% conversion, 150 calls/day)
? $54,000+ monthly commissions (20 deals/month) and up to $80,000+ monthly with high retention and performance
? $180,000/year if hitting minimum KPIs consistently
