Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional virtual support to customers via chat, email, and phone.

Manage scheduling, email correspondence, and basic administrative tasks.

Assist with data entry, document management, and general office duties.

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
