Job Description:

As an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer, we expect you to be a strong sales person and incahrge of your own business as we have staff in charge of the processing.

Our loan officers are in charge of 10% of the work on the loan while our processing and management team assists with the other 90% of the work, to allow our loan officers more time to focus on bringing in new business for themselves or building new business relationships rather than being bogged down with the operations/ processing side.

You will be at the forefront of responsible for updating your clients throughout the process. Since this role requires you to generating your own clients, you will be the main point of contact. We are looking for strong salespeople who have a network to rely on as we are not looking for loan officers who need mortgage leads or a mortgage call list.

Your primary objective will be to guide prospective borrowers through the loan application process, providing exceptional service and customized financial solutions. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success.

The position is full-time/part-time as you can set your own schedule and we offer a generous compensation plan and bonuses.

We are looking to hire loan officers licensed in one or all of the following states only: VA, MD, DC, ME, PA, FL, TX, AK, OR, CO.

Key Responsibilities: ? Cultivate relationships with clients and third parties involved in transactions. ? Generate your own client base and build a pipeline of loans ? Meet with new clients to understand their financial needs and goals. ? Provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and any 3rd party involved. ? Advise clients on suitable loan options, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ? Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan processing and facilitate a seamless customer experience. ? Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and lending guidelines. ? Ability to work with Positivity and Honesty.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ? licensed in ANY of the following states VA, MD, DC, ME, PA, FL, TX, AK, OR, CO. ? A proven track record of achieving sales targets and a reliable client base. ? Delivering exceptional customer service is a plus. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients. ? Attention to detail to accurately review loan agreements and documentation ? Strong analytical skills to assess financial information and evaluate creditworthiness ? Basic computer skills and protocols for handling confidential information.
