What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Verify patients' insurance coverage and perform benefit investigations
• Assist with appeal management for claim denials
• Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance claims

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• High-speed internet access and ability to work from home
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm
