What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Plan and coordinate telecom operations to ensure a great experience for pilots and customers
• Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots through the online training program
• Prepare for pilot site arrivals to ensure timely project delivery
• Address on-site issues and maintain high standards of quality and service
• Support pilots with site access and project planning needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment (transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality)
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Interest or experience in technology and the drone space
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements
• Relevant experience with drones and/or photography
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) and Slack
• Exceptional customer service skills
