Position Summary
Remote Role. Monday-Friday 9:00am -5:30pm EST.
The Distribution Store Services call center agent supports ~12,000 CVS locations (front store & pharmacy retail, Target, Omnicare), 18 Distribution Centers, and field management responding to questions related to warehouse deliveries, product flow and FS and RX service. The agent utilizes web-based call logging software to record, track, report and resolve open issues. They will manage their work queue and be held to established productivity and quality customer service performance metrics. The position also assists stores, field management and Distribution Operations management by performing billing/credit procedures, myWork communications, and pickline/donation requests. They will work cross-functionally with the Distribution Centers and Asset Protection to resolve claims.
Required Qualifications
? Must be at least 18 years of age.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
? High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

? Call Center experience
? Distribution center experience
Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
