As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This remote position offers flexibility while providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Job Description:
As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the owner and management team of our auto repair shop. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure that the shop's operations run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and can manage multiple tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities: ? Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries. Coordinate daily activities and ensure the smooth running of operations. ? Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and job schedules for the repair shop. ? Customer Communication: Assist with customer follow-ups, appointment reminders, and any issues or questions related to their vehicle repair. ? Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, input customer data, and manage invoices and receipts. ? Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts ordering, delivery tracking, and inventory management. ? Task Coordination: Work with the shop team to ensure timely completion of tasks and that deadlines are met. ? Social Media and Marketing Support: Assist with the management of social media accounts and promotional campaigns (optional, if interested).
Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role. ? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. ? Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ? Prior experience in the auto repair or automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
