Key Responsibilities
?Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
?Source candidates through online databases, social media, and networks.
?Screen resumes and applications for potential fits.
?Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email or phone.
?Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Required Qualifications
?Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
?Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Ability to work independently and remotely.
?Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
