?Social Media Communications (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in fostering brand messages and engagement through social media platforms.
?Social media management - Knowledgeable in managing various social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.
?Problem-solving - Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
?Communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate responses clearly and persuasively.
?Social Media Marketing - Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
