?Research and analyze leave, retirement, and benefit programs across U.S. states for compliance.
?Identify reliable sources of legal and regulatory information regarding benefits programs.
?Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state-specific leave, retirement, and benefit regulations.
?Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership.
?Collaborate with internal HR teams to create actionable plans for addressing compliance gaps.
?Provide training and education to employees on program changes.

Requirements: ?A Bachelor? degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. ?Strong understanding of federal and state-level employee benefits regulations, including FMLA, state-mandated leave programs, and retirement plan requirements. ?Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. ?Proven ability to perform detailed research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulations. ?A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and presentations for various audiences. ?Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and other databases. ?Experience with Workday is a plus. ?Highly collaborative and interpersonally effective.
