Baystate?s Call Center, located in Holyoke, MA, supports our Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region. We are seeking a customer service focused individual to join our Primary Care team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Call Center representative is responsible for receiving and responding to inbound calls from patients and performing an array of duties that include, but are not limited to, scheduling onsite appointments, data entry, faxing and scanning medical documents, and other administrative tasks.
SCHEDULE:
Full Time M-F 8am-5pm
No Weekends or Holidays.
LOCATION:
Remote States: CT, FL, MA, MD NH, NC, OH, RI, TN, TX, VT, VA,

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Customer service background preferred.
Will need to obtain a medical terminology certificate within 1 year of employment.

OUR COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY

The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
