Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with shippers and carriers to identify their freight needs and match them with the most suitable carriers.

• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing for our clients while maintaining profitability for the company.

• Manage shipment bookings, including coordinating pickups and tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

• Source new carriers and expand our network to meet the growing demand for our services.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in carrier rates to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient freight operation.

• Utilize technology and software to manage shipments, track deliveries, and generate reports.
