Director of Payroll

? Lead Anthology?s global payroll operations
? Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries
? Oversee payroll functions and manage vendor relationships
? Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for payroll processing
? Lead payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
? Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals
? Partner with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other areas for payroll data and reports
? Lead payroll activities for expansion into new international locations
? Develop and monitor internal controls for payroll department
? Manage relationships with payroll vendors
? Oversee year-end processes for payroll

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree or related work experience ? At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role ? At least 5 years of experience in global payroll operations ? Strong strategic leadership skills with a hands-on approach ? Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management ? Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) ? Fluency in written and spoken English ? Experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) strongly preferred ? Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US ? CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification ? Proficiency in a second language
