Key Responsibilities
? Lead a classroom of 20-25 students, fostering a stimulating and positive learning atmosphere.
? Execute lesson plans provided by the regular teaching staff, enhancing students' college readiness and social-emotional learning.
? Serve as a professional role model, demonstrating punctuality, appropriate dress, and respectful interactions with students and staff.
? Communicate effectively with the school community and program directors to address any arising issues, maintaining professionalism across all platforms.
? Remain flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of the classroom environment, including last-minute changes in responsibilities.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
? A minimum of one year of experience working with school-age children in a professional capacity.
? A commitment to fulfilling the role through the end of June is essential.
? Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Bengali, or English is highly desirable.
? Experience in navigating societal challenges is considered an asset.
