Virtual Teen Psychotherapist ? Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We are expanding our services to include a Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to provide accessible, high-quality care for teens navigating mental health challenges. Our program emphasizes holistic support for teens and their families, fostering resilience and lasting change.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled psychotherapist to join our Virtual IOP team. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, collaborating with care teams, and supporting parents as partners in their teen?s care journey.

Responsibilities
? Individual Therapy: Provide virtual, evidence-based individual therapy tailored to the needs of teens enrolled in the IOP.
? Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging, skills-based virtual group therapy sessions, focusing on topics like trauma recovery, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and managing life transitions.
? Assessments: Conduct initial level-of-care assessments and collaborate on treatment plans to ensure appropriate care for each teen.
? Care Coordination: Work closely with families, school staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care for teens.
? Parent Check-Ins: Conduct regular meetings with parents to provide updates, support, and education to promote positive family dynamics and reinforce therapeutic progress.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
? Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to review cases, share insights, and ensure alignment on treatment goals.

Qualifications
? Education & Licensure: Master?s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Must hold an active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
? Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents. Experience with IOP or higher levels of care preferred.
? Skills:
? Expertise in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care).
? Strong skills in family systems work and parent engagement.
? Comfortable using virtual platforms and telehealth tools.
? Personal Attributes:
? Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
? Demonstrated ability to build rapport with teens and families.
? Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment.
