We have several openings for REMOTE Call Center Associates! This is a 2 month contract starting in April! Job Duties... ? Promptly answer inbound calls and engage with our customers exclusively over the phone while providing education on a wide range of employer sponsored retirement plans. No cold calls or sales. ? Effectively identify the needs of our customers and offer tailored solutions that comply with plan rules and regulatory requirements. ? Accurately process transactions such as withdrawals, loans, and contribution changes. ? Enhance the participant experience by assisting our customers with website/app navigation. ? Create a positive service experience by persistently seeking resolution. ? Provide solutions to assist clients with their accounts. Job Requirements: ? Must be able to meet department call quality requirements. ? Consistent adherence to work schedule and punctuality required. ? You must provide a professional, safe, and dedicated work-from-home environment. This role requires 100% focus and engagement. ? Must have proven customer service and phone skills. ? Must have basic keyboarding skills. ? Ability to navigate, use, and troubleshoot technology. ? Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems independently using critical thinking skills and judgement. ? Strong active listening and verbal communication skills to support a diverse customer base. ? Candidates with active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 encouraged to apply (possible pay premium). ? Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus (possible pay premium). ? Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm ET with the possibility of a shift that includes Saturday (Saturday hours 9:00 am -5:30 pm ET). ? Must commit to long-term temporary assignment with possible extension. ? One year or more years of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, banking or financial services) or an associate or bachelor?s Degree. Paid Training ? Class Start date 4/29/2024 Training Schedule: 7:00 am ? 4:00 pm MT The training will be 4 weeks and 10 days in bull pen (live training). Work Schedule: Upon completion of training ? Monday-Friday, 7:30 am ? 4:00 pm MT ? Possibility of mandatory overtime up to five hours per week following completion of training. To ensure you are set up for success during this period, you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (not Wi-Fi) as well as a place in your home to attend training and work without interruption. Other necessary computer equipment, a headset and training materials will be provided. Required Minimum Internet Specifications: ? Minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload to ensure the best ? voice quality. ? T-Mobile is not an authorized internet service provider. ? Associates are required to connect their computers directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable (no Wi-Fi) to ensure consistent voice quality.
