? Assisting with clinical care and offering counseling to fertility patients and their families
? Providing education on procedures and ensuring clear communication of physician orders and instructions
? Educating patients both before and after procedures to ensure they feel informed and supported
? Creating a compassionate atmosphere by delivering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
? Working autonomously while contributing to the achievement of program goals
? Upholding excellence in customer service and enhancing patient satisfaction

Required Skills
