Telechat Representative ( Remote / WFH )

Responsibilities
? Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and online chat in a timely manner.
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
? Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
? Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries were resolved satisfactorily.
? Collaborate with team members to share information and enhance service delivery.
? Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telechat or call center environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including chat systems.
? A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers find solutions.

PAY RATE: $21.30 - $32.91 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
