Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred

? Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software

? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
