OpTech is looking for Pharmacy Technicians for one of their Direct clients in Michigan.

This is 100% remote role.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule ability to work 8.5 hours starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 9pm.

Engagement Description:
? This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center.
? We service Our Client?s Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
? Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.
? Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
? Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors? offices
? Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system
? Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit
? Work from home ? private and quiet workspace required
? Ability to work 8.5 hours starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 9pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:
? Retail Pharmacy experience ? at least 2 years
? Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
? Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Required Skills/Experience:
? Exceptional Customer Service
? Detail Oriented
? Ability to multi-task
? Willingness to accept change

Preferred Skills/Experience:
? Call center experience
? CMS knowledge

Education/Certifications ? Include:
? CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)

? High school or equivalent (Required)

? Pharmacy Technician: 2 years (Required)
? Retail Pharmacy: 1 year (Required)
? Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
? Medicare Part D: 1 year (Required)
? Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
? Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
