KR SOLAR is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Solar Back Office Operation Agent to join our team. As a Solar Back Office Operation Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of our solar installation projects.

Responsibilities
? Assist with the coordination and scheduling of solar installation projects
? Manage and update project documentation, permitting, HOA documents, Interconnection Agreements and records
? Coordinate with all teams to ensure smooth project execution
? Track project timelines and milestones
? Prepare and submit project reports
? Assist in resolving any operational issues and providing support as needed
? Prior experience in solar industry is preferred
? Proficient in using project management softwareamd GSuites
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
? Effective communication skills
? Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
