? Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and employers to understand their needs and preferences.
? Market Insight: Keeping on top of job market trends and the remote work sector to provide informed recommendations and strategies.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, strategies, and success stories, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Skills and Qualifications
? Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Recruitment preferred.
? Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable and effective at working remotely, with a proven ability to operate independently.
? Communication Skills: Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
