Key Responsibilities
? Deliver and assess curriculum, adapting it to meet the diverse needs of participants and program objectives.
? Facilitate recruitment strategies for program participants and manage the intake process.
? Monitor participant progress and compile data in compliance with professional standards.
? Manage instructional materials and resources to support educational goals.
? Collaborate with team members in meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities to contribute to program enhancement.
? Uphold high teaching standards while fostering continuous program improvement.

Required Skills
? Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information to individuals and groups.
? Proficiency in interpreting instructional materials and conducting assessments.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications
