We are seeking a talented, competitive, and money-motivated National Recruiter to join our growing staffing practice. You will support top names in travel/hospitality, media, biotech & life sciences, pharmaceutical and CPG, as well as major non-profit and agency clients as they hire contract, contract to hire, and direct hire talent from across the country. Location: Chicago/San Diego preferred Primary responsibilities: ?Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals ?Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates ?Organize candidate search process and manage expectations around rates, salaries, titles, and client requirements ?Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process ?Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long term relationships ?Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates ?Manage recruiting team to effectively oversee and drive delivery ?Assist with leading monthly/quarterly divisional meetings ?Support and drive leadership? vision and overall mission of The Planet Group ?Create an environment that motivates team members to deliver and meet client? needs Required qualifications: ?Bachelor?
