Health Advocate- Call Coordinator

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Continuously advocate for the improvement of healthcare accessibility and affordability for all individuals.
Maintain a thorough understanding of CVS Health products and services, and effectively communicate them to customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies to effectively support customers.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting the CVS Health mission and values.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain customer confidentiality.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to improve processes and customer experience.
