Key Responsibilities
? Proactively source, interview, and recruit talented sales associates to realize team expansion goals.
? Facilitate the onboarding and training of new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps until their first 10 closings, before transitioning them to the Director of Sales.
? Collaborate with sales associates to establish and achieve their career objectives, conducting bi-monthly one-on-one check-ins.
? Drive team performance by motivating members and holding them accountable through regular performance reviews.
? Manage lead activities, ensuring adherence to follow-up protocols.
? Conduct and facilitate sales meetings, lead script practice, and assist agents in their lead generation efforts.
? Set ambitious goals for team members, develop project plans, and support their ongoing career advancement.

Compensation And Benefits
? Base Salary: $24,000, complemented by a generous bonus structure with the potential to earn six figures.
? Earnings Potential: With dedication and the right skills, you could achieve earnings of $150,000 or more, with no cap on your potential.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote; however, candidates must reside in Florida and be willing to travel as required.
