Online Chat Support
Excite is looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services, providing clear and accurate solutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing product information.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to resolve complex customer issues.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends to the management team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Communication: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online chat tools, customer support software, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
Time Management: Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor?s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat environment.
Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
